"AMAZING hotel, staff, and stay. Emanuele checked me into the hotel. He was very kind and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. I stayed in 6 different hotels on this vacation. Massimi City Garden was my favorite. In my opinion, it is a 5 star hotel. If I go back to Rome, I will definitely stay there again, and I will definitely recommend… I already have! "The hotel is in a cute neighbor thats right near the Clodio bus stop which gets you to all of Rome. The owner and staff are friendly and able to use Google translate to communicate with many languages. It was clean and the kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots and pans. The shower had excellent hot water. "

"Loved the location just north of The Vatican. Shopping was nearby. The subway was 2 blocks away for easy travel to access the city. There could have been better instructions on how to use the washing machine, or how to dry only. Better yet, a separate washer and dryer would have been more useful for multiple loads or sharing with other tenants. Communication from the staff was excellent, both by phone and in person. "

"Place is good very nice. Well kept. Close to Metro subway and in front is a bustop. Very close to Vatican. The only thing happen during our stay is the code for the building that they gave us is not working on our arrival. They gave us another code then our last night we went out for Dinner then the code again didn’t work. Otherwise everything was great."
