I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my personal experience with this hotel.
First, I want to mention that I am Asian, and during our stay, I couldn’t help but notice a difference in how we were treated compared to other guests. At breakfast each morning, my wife and I were consistently ignored by the staff. On our third day, we deliberately sat near the entrance to observe. We saw that other guests were greeted and welcomed as they came in, but we were not acknowledged in the same way.
Another concern was at the lobby help desk. Whenever I asked questions, it often felt like the staff were in a rush to end the conversation rather than genuinely assist. The interactions felt dismissive and unwelcoming.
I don’t want to make assumptions, but this was our experience, and it left us feeling uncomfortable. My wife and I travel frequently—at least twice a year to different places—and this is the first time we’ve ever felt this way.
I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and works on making all guests feel equally welcomed and respected. Good point is Breakfast food is good.
