"We had an excellent stay at Deconcept House. The location is perfect, just about a 3 minute walk to Lepanto Metro Station and roughly 15 minutes on foot to Piazza del Popolo. The area feels safe, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The room was spotless and well equipped. We had a comfortable queen size bed with a firm mattress and a good selection of both soft and firm pillows. The air conditioning worked perfectly. "Loved the location just north of The Vatican. Shopping was nearby. The subway was 2 blocks away for easy travel to access the city. There could have been better instructions on how to use the washing machine, or how to dry only. Better yet, a separate washer and dryer would have been more useful for multiple loads or sharing with other tenants. Communication from the staff was excellent, both by phone and in person. "
