"After reading the negative reviews, I was a bit apprehensive but shouldn’t have been, it was a great stay for our family of 4. The studio was as advertised and the sofa bed was made up for our kids. Unfortunately went to the wrong place first (clifton village rather than house) and it took 5 calls, 40 minutes and the operator accidentally letting us into someone else’s room before anyone realised, so maybe some better operator training necessary. "I had an excellent 4 night stay here. A well-equipped apartment, very quiet (important to me) and convenient. The employees were very helpful also. If I had to mention one thing, only small and not a complaint as such, but please provide a washing-up bowl or plug for the sink. If someone doesn't have enough washing up to do to use the dishwasher, how are you supposed to wash up? Thank you. Highly recommended."

"It's a student halls of residence. If that's what you're expecting I would imagine you'd be very happy with the room. If you're expecting a hotel, it's not a hotel. It was exactly as I was expecting. Comfortable, no frills, perfectly fine for a one night stay for me. Wifi was great. A little bit of noise at times, it's student accommodation, but not too noisy by a long way. I recently stayed at the IBIS in Bristol and that was far noisier. Would happily book again for a short stay."

"Well...the online check-in process was ridiculous, we were asked on several occasions to upload selfies, having done them already, kept being told if we didn't then the booking would be cancelled. "I'm sure I could have given 5 stars for everything had we been able to stay. Never received check-in information and Stayright couldn't confirm our booking even though I emailed receipts of payment and booking details from Wotif. Said problem had something to do with booking through Wotif. Took 3 hours to reach a solution which in the end was finding us another property to stay in.
