I really love this place. The location couldn’t be better and the staff is lovely. It’s a cool hotel with a very special design. I also love the bar which is the perfect place to start end end your stay. Would highly recommend.

The hotel was very nice and the location 100 meters from the Duomo and a Metro station can't be beat. The room itself was fine after figuring out a few things that keep the design clean (toilet paper behind a door in the wall, tissues in a drawer in the vanity, slightly awkward taps).

Worst location possible if you are a woman alone with heavy luggage as it is blocks away from uber drop off and right on the duomo plaza area. walls are practically nonexistent when it comes to sound from other rooms nearby. The breakfast is not worth it so don't add it. But design was stunning, service was great. So i would stay again.

The room was nice and clean. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My only complain is at night there was a weird smell of dirty waters. Maybe since the city is old that happens. Also I would’ve liked toiletries supplies in the bathroom like a toothbrush. Otherwise, good place and great location.

My family (2x Daughters, 1x Wife) stayed for four nights in late October. The hotel is in an excellent location. The hotel itself is Ok, but not amazing. The rooms are functional but the style is 'cold'. There are no draws, only space to hang clothes. There is one plug per room, we booked two rooms. The mini bar is Ok, they provide coffee machine tablets but no coffee machine. The bathroom floods, there are limited toiletries. It's an Ok 4* hotel, not ideal for a family in hindsight. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming.

Wonderful staff and hotel, location is great. Right in the heart of everything but things really settle down after dinner on the street. Walkable to other great parts of Milan like Brera and the Navigli canals. We had the hotel organize transportation from the airport, everything went smoothly. First class place. Will stay here again.
