The hotel was very nice and the location 100 meters from the Duomo and a Metro station can't be beat. The room itself was fine after figuring out a few things that keep the design clean (toilet paper behind a door in the wall, tissues in a drawer in the vanity, slightly awkward taps).

Worst location possible if you are a woman alone with heavy luggage as it is blocks away from uber drop off and right on the duomo plaza area. walls are practically nonexistent when it comes to sound from other rooms nearby. The breakfast is not worth it so don't add it. But design was stunning, service was great. So i would stay again.

This hotel was in an amazing spot close to all sites… perfect location especially because we were only there for one day and one night. There is valet parking but we had a hard time getting to the hotel with our vehicle so we found an offsite parking on our own The hotel is amazing modern clean very beautiful

The room was nice and clean. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My only complain is at night there was a weird smell of dirty waters. Maybe since the city is old that happens. Also I would’ve liked toiletries supplies in the bathroom like a toothbrush. Otherwise, good place and great location.

Location YES ... the rest meh...

The location of the hotel can't be beat! We were 20 steps from the piazza. The hotel itself was so-so. It felt to me like they were trying for modern and just threw stuff together. Anyway, would i stay there again - probably not. The price was high and if I'm spending that kind of money i'll try a different hotel.

I liked nothing about this property. The loudest place I have ever stayed and staff seemed to not care about the screamng and shouting. The staff lied about fixing the air conditioning 2x. Room Service was like a fast food joint, plastic and food packets... If you do not mind staying up all night, this is the place for you.

My family (2x Daughters, 1x Wife) stayed for four nights in late October. The hotel is in an excellent location. The hotel itself is Ok, but not amazing. The rooms are functional but the style is 'cold'. There are no draws, only space to hang clothes. There is one plug per room, we booked two rooms. The mini bar is Ok, they provide coffee machine tablets but no coffee machine. The bathroom floods, there are limited toiletries. It's an Ok 4* hotel, not ideal for a family in hindsight. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is a great location and the staff are really helpful and nice. That’s about it . The amount of dust from the suites we stayed in was absolutely ridiculous. The concept of a design hotel is great but the layout of the rooms give dust a lot of spaces to hide. It was suffocating the amount of dust was in the rooms. The washrooms were not functional / practical , they work but no vanity to rest your toiletries hot water was iffy and the floor was raised. We had to be moved cause the shower broke in our initial suite which hotel concierge got us upgraded to a huge suit which was great. But more space for more dust , same issue with the washroom, this time the tub was leaky and there was just loads of dirt stains and cracked tiles. The housekeeping in this hotel is horrible. Honesty the rating is just based on location and staff but to be honest they’re so many options in Milan I don’t think it’s worth it .
