We chose our apartment online on Expedia.com, for two nights. We were informed by Milan Royal Suites, when we were waiting to board our flight to Milan, that we were being upgraded as our booked Suite was unavailable. We were ok with this. However, the new suite was dirty, the bathroom drains smelled so badly. We complained and were consequently moved to a more satisfactory apartment. We had to pay for the uber which we hope will be refunded by Expedia. Unfortunately we were unable to stay in that apartment for the second night, it was booked. So we were moved again. Consequently, we did not have the use of that apartment during day. Staff were helpful, but to suggest we were upgraded on the original booking was a lie, and I hope Expedia will compensate us for the inconvenience and for the Uber charge of 17,55 Eur
