The bathroom has been cleaner in early years. The matras of the bed was terrible, it has to been replaced for a new over, you could feel the springs

I wish I could give 0 stars. Hotel service present only in name. We checked in and the room was not clean for our stay. Rather than offering us another room, we were told to wait and go up and down to check when the room gets cleaned. There was no soap in the room. WiFi signal is poor. Shower facility remained dirty even after cleaning. It’s never a 4* hotel!! What a terrible experience and a waste of money.

We loved our stay! The hotel is very nice and clean, with a great breakfast, comfortable beds, and spotless bathrooms. The only downside is that it’s quite far from downtown Milan, so taxi rides can get really expensive. There also aren’t many restaurant options nearby since it’s located right off the highway. If you want to make the most of your stay, having a car is definitely recommended.

Ho dovuto pagare un supplemento di oltre €40 perché la prenotazione era di 3 adulti e un bambino di 14 anni. L'addetto al check in mi dice che devo pagare un supplemento in quanto il bambino ha più di 12 anni.come mai? Se fai la prenotazione con Expedia considera bambini da 0 a 17 anni.

Es war perfekt. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Wir haben nur zwei Nächte gebucht, dennoch wurde das Zimmer zwischendurch gereinigt. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Freundliches Personal. Das Babybett war kostenlos und bereits im Zimmer vorhanden. Danke :)

For koldt

Da vi ankom var der 19 grader i soveværelset og 20 grader i det andet værelse. En flink receptionist gav os et andet værelse, dog var der kun 20 og 21 grader, hvilket vi sagde var ok. Efter lidt tid blev der koldere og vi fik tæpper bragt op af en anden som virkede irriteret over det. I løbet af natten blev der igen 19 grader i soveværelset. Det er for koldt med de tynde dyner/tæpper. Der var skimmelsvamp i loftet på badeværelset. Men ellers ok værelse. Morgenmaden var god.
