No e-mail so we couldn’t enter the hotel at first and also don’t know how to check in and check in code, so we couldn’t get a key and room. Finally fortunately we could see a man who is a son of the boss of the hotel so we could stay in bed AFTER 2AM!!! It was in February so we get soooo cold. Of course we made a lot of call to boss but it doesn’t work. Finally we could get a key and the room was very clean but there is no toilet paper and no shared toilet so we couldn’t use toilet at all. WE WANT THE BOSS TO REFUND THE MONEY WE PAID!!!!!!!!!!! I can’t forgive her/him!!!!!

Keine Empfehlung!
... über Hotel.com haben wir keinen Registrierungscode/Check-In-Code erhalten, so dass wir uns zunächst an Vorort ausgehängte Telefonnummern wenden und uns durchfragen mussten. Da auch Vorort keine Rezeption gab, sollte wenigstens der Check-In-Automat funktionieren! Das Hotel ist noch eine Baustelle, die wohl nicht weiter geführt wird! Zum Zimmer: Optisch, modern ansprechend, aber bereits mit einigen kleinen Mängeln: WC-Spüle rauchst mit laufenden Wasser. Waschtischablage hängt schräg, sodass keine Dinge abgestellt werden konnten, .. Das Bett entspricht einem Zustellbett ohne Lattenrost, sodass das Bett dem Komfort einer gepolsterten Hängematte entspricht!

Hotel totalmente incustodito. Ho dovuto telefonare ad un numero trovato nella hall per fare il check in in quanto il numero arrivato via mail non funzionava. In camera faceva freddissimo e non c’era l’acqua calda. Pessimo, orribile davvero.

Potrebbe essere... ma non è!!!
Albergo non completamente finito. Ingresso alla hall ed al punto di ristoro aperto a chiunque. Personale inesistente sia di giorno che di notte per emergenze ci sono dei numeri telefonici da contattare. Ceck-in e out automatizzato peccato che nessuno mi ha inviato il codice per poter procedere...Servizi in camere inclusi incompleti o malfunzionanti come area ristoro. Numero di telefono riportato sul sito web inesistente.
