This is a good location for a brief stay close to the train.
Location is very good, just a couple of minutes from Milan Centrale. Breakfast at Panzera was spot on and such a nice, old fashioned restaurant. Unfortunately the room itself left a lot to be desired but if they can improve the cleanliness and some of the facilities, it could be very good.
Extremely efficient. An absolutely perfect location by the central station, and the hotel itself was very clean very convenient and I very much enjoyed my stay.
The room was comfy, comfortable & functional, being English, the TV channel ckoices could've been better, but all said & done we are in Italy.
A couple of bulbs out in the bathroom, I'm still not convinced we should have had to pay an extra over for the second person that was always staying & on the booking, but that could be a Hotels.com thing rather than the host.
Well positioned for Grand Central & a pleasing old fashioned lift.
Great location! Only 1.5 blocks from the Milan central train station. We only needed an overnight stay to catch a train so it was super convenient. The room was well equipped, modern and the bathroom while small was nice. Very friendly desk staff for check in. Google Maps is a little tough to interpret. Just know that the entrance is only visible as a set of double doors and a small sign. You have to buzz the intercom for the hotel and they’ll buzz you in.
This is a boutique-type property. Not your typical hotel, more like rooms for rent. The room was small but very clean. Comfortable beds, hot shower, a small refrigerator with some drinks & equipment for our morning coffee. A short walk from the train station. We did a self-check in that took a few attempts, but once inside, received our keys. Highly recommend.
More of an air b&b feel. Easy self check in and everything has key codes. Was lovely and clean and easily walkable from central station. Reminders for other guests to be quiet at certain times may have helped. We had people come in very loudly at midnight. There didn't appear to be aircon which would be an issue in summer as its very loud outside and you wouldnt want the window open.
Pros:
Property was very near the train station (walking distance). Though there were nobody to talk to but staff continually communicated instructions via phone. Room was clean.
Cons:
No iron and iron board in the room (we stayed in similar property at Cinque Terre which offered everything that this property had including bottled water and iron with iron board)
Breakfast area is outside the property
Interesting setup - seems to be a few rooms on the third floor of an old building very close to the train station. Limited in-person check-in hours (afternoon) but off hours offers self check-in. Staff person was extremely helpful and friendly, and room was modern, updated, clean and very quiet. Beds were very comfortable. AC worked great. Only thing that didn’t work was the tiny micro-frig - fan and light worked but did not cool at all even turned up on high. But this is a minor thing. I would definitely stay here again.
Our 3d2n stay was lovely.
Very close by to Milan Centrale station - 5-10mins flat walk.
Check in was super easy even if you were late. Tania provided such detailed check in information including a video and pdf of pictures.
The size of the bedroom was good size for 2 adults with 2 medium size luggages.
Aircond was working well
Shower water pressure was strong and good however the shower itself is quite tiny with not much space but we were absolutely fine with it!
Breakfast was just a few metre away and it was good. (1 coffee + 1 pastry + 1 juice)
Lastly, there's a lift in the building and we absolutely love how antique it is!
Excellent location close to Milan Central Station and public transport. Instructions to check in came with video link and pdf in whatsup - it is worth to take a look the instructions in advance so steps go smoothly, otherwise all doors can be a bit chaotic. But I am sure you get help by calling, if you need. The only thing I was a bit disappointed was breakfast as coffee, orange juice and croissant - although everything was delicious - does not represent breakfast for me.

The staff was excellent: very professional, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel is also very close to Milan Centrale train station, subway, and multiple restaurants. The room we had was great, but there were a few areas that need attention. There was no WIFI for most of our stay. There was no TV for the entire duration of our stay. The shower door was sticky and so did not close properly, which meant that a lot of water ended up on the floor. Also be aware that there is no real registration desk or 24-hour staff at the property. Instead, you are emailed information on how to get into the building and access to your room. There is staff from 9 to 5, but otherwise you have to use text to communicate. It's a system that might not be right for you.
I have a mixed review on this place. The property owners did a fantastic job of making the room, very modern and very clean looking. They have upgraded the fixtures and the bedding and it was very comfortable in that way. However, the entrance was difficult to find from the street and once we entered into the main area we misunderstood how to get to our room. There’s an antique elevator it’s beautiful, but it fits maybe two people and two suitcases at a time. The air conditioner was broken and once we went to leave, the instructions to exit the property were incorrect, causing frustration. I wouldn’t really call it a hotel either as it was just a set of rooms with no services. We wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Central Station and the room itself was very clean and well equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful and we appreciated being able to check in a couple hours early. However, having to carry bags up three long flights of stairs was something we hadn’t expected. We also were told we would receive a welcome gift and a welcome drink. The welcome drink was a bottle of water and the welcome gift was one piece of candy. Nice but not something I would advertise as a welcome gift and drink.
I appreciate Tania's assistance and support during the check in process and over the duration of my stay. Initially the check in process was a bit confusing and I had not received check in instructions until a few hours before my arrival. (I had limited internet and phone access which made it a bit more challenging). Once i was able to connect with Tania, the host, everything was smooth from that point forward!
This stay was for a weekend trip for my daughter and I. Although the hotel was under construction, we overlooked it. The comfort and cleanliness of our room plus the friendly staff made up for it. Will stay again.
