"I wish we could have stayed at this property longer (only stayed 1 night) as it was a wonderful experience! While the room and facilities were very nice, it is the staff that really put this hotel above and beyond. Whether help with directions, best places to eat or even travel logistics to the airport or from the cruise port, they were very helpful and extremely accurate. I wish we could have stayed a little longer but after 10 days of cruising around the Med, it was time to go home. Book here...

"The staff only works half days, which makes it difficult for them to be of much assistance to guests. Also, bad elevator, but at least there was an elevator! The front gate was hard to get into. Some of the facilities access buttons were broken and trying to figure everything out was sometimes difficult. But once we got it all figured out (when it was time to leave) it was good!"

"This was a great hotel to stay at for our base in Rome. Check in was easy and Christine (front desk) and all the staff were very friendly. She provided us great tips on restaurants and they can help you book any tours. The hotel is walkable to shops, restaurants and many tourists attractions including the Colosseum. The room we had is nicely updated. It was clean with a comfortable bed and a desk. The washroom is small, but that is typical in Rome. They also had an option for a paid breakfast buffet, but we ended up eating at the many restaurants just outside of our hotel. They also have a nice seating area in the front with ice cold water that you can fill up your water bottle everyday. You do need to leave your key at the front desk when you go out for the day, but we had no issues with this. You can also safely store your luggage for the day if you have a later flight. Overall a great stay and would stay again. "
