"I LOVED the lock box key card for people who travel late. The property isn’t 24 hours because it is a small town but they do give you options to have your key card in a lock box with a unique code for those who arrive late. We arrived at midnight and were able to get into our room perfectly! I ended up needing extra towels and a broom (due to breaking a glass personal item) and they had maintenance come and clean it up even though i told them i would happily do so! "A very nice, well maintained property on the other side of the road from the beach and a short drive to the center of town. Don’t pay a higher price for beach hotels!"

"The room appeared to have been recently remodeled so it was very clean, especially the bathroom. A nice selection of TV channels were available, although sometimes the signal was too weak. The facility was very pet friendly, with several poop bag stations around the property and a large lawn in front for dogs to play on. A continental breakfast was available every morning at 8 am in the small lobby. I only wish they had installed washlets when they replaced the toilets."

"We stayed in the Cypress Cottage. It was very quiet and comfortable. You could see the ocean from the window and the kitchen was stocked with all you need for cooking. They supplied coffee, tea and a complimentary bottle of wine. The carpet needed to be removed due to age in the eating area, stained. Upon entry the cabin smelled of dogs from the past. We had to air it out. We were not particularly bothered by this being a dog owner ourselves but not what we wanted to smell on a getaway...
