"The room is clean and spacious. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The parking spot has my name written on it, which made feel special :) The breakfast is included and sent to the door. Loved the muffin and hot chocolate. Kids enjoyed feeding the chicken and the flowers around the property are so pretty. "

"Good location, clean room but outdated. Dogs were a bit hot since there was no AC but they at least had a standing fan in the room. Liked how the motel allowed dogs. Fair value for cost of room thus can’t really complain. Wish I had go to take advantage of the mini golf/arcade they had there. Didn’t get to check if dogs were allowed there. "

"It was an older property but CLEAN… Loved the little town. Be sure and eat breakfast at EGG HEADS!!"

"What a great place. The owners were friendly and greeted us with chocolate chip cookies. The room was super clean and the grounds well taken care of. You can tell the owners take pride in their property. There was a bar/grill next door with a gorgeous view of the ocean, a convenience store next to that and I'll will stay with them next time we go thru San Simeon. This place is a gem and highly recommend staying here."

"Great view and cool room"

"Such a sweet stay. The Garden View Room was lovely. Understated rustic chic. Although vintage, nothing felt old. We loved the small bottle of wine and the log ready in the fireplace. We actually lit the fire and it didn’t overheat the room but gave us a soothing vibe. Plus great coffee and a big fridge provided. We would DEFINITELY stay again. Wish we had more time to spend around the garden. I’m not sure why anyone would rate this below a 9. We give it a 10! It was our favorite...

"Rooms are good condition, but No AC during the day outside weather is not to cold or too hot but stil in the 70's wish it have AC, very close to the beach takes only couple minutes walk."
