Room was lovely and was very clean. Do not order room service the night staff are rude and the food was inedible."

"The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a fair number of choices. The shuttle to and from the train station and Disney areas was very convenient. The only complaint I would have is that the property is located in an industrial area, so there are no food or shopping options nearby. If you stay here, plan ahead and purchase what you need for the night before getting on the hotel shuttle. That being said, I would stay here again if visiting Tokyo Disney or Disney Sea."

"This hotel was very clean with rooms that are quite spacious by Tokyo standards. There was a separate bathtub that was big enough to fit an average sized adult comfortably. We had a king bed with enough space to fit a sofa and a table in the room. The hotel is only 3 stations away from Tokyo station, while it's not really center we didn't have a problem reaching all the famous parts within a reasonable time frame. "This hotel was absolutely stunning, it was only about 12-15 min walk (a beautiful walk I might add) to Shinagawa station. This was our final hotel during our Japan trip and it was perfect for that, it was very comfortable and the staff was amazing. The room was large and had everything we needed. "The hotel is in a nice quiet area (despite being beside a big highway) and has very good restaurants just across the road. Good access to shops (5 minutes walk away) and great links to the rail network. The staff were lovely and there is a free coffee machine in the lobby! The only thing that put me off if that the rooms are facing onto an open 'balcony' type of corridor, so it feels like a tower block. Apart from that, it was great service and they included a washing machine inside the room...

"It is a bit dingy, tight, and unkept but it is appropriate for the price. I’d stay again if I wanted to keep my accommodation low. It is really close to a subway station which is convenient. One thing to keep in mind though is that they do not watch your items if you’re only staying one night.
