"How kinda modern and easy everything to use."

"The hotel itself was nice. The room was spacious, stylish and clean. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend the area, especially on the weekend when nearly everything closes. It’s a business district and pretty sterile but good access to transit around."

"Pros: The complimentary breakfast was definitely the highlight of our stay. While it is free, it’s customary to leave a tip. The hotel has four elevators, so we rarely had to wait. "We stay at a lot of Four Seasons and this one seemed just like an average hotel room. It was nice but for the price you pay it should be excellent. The room was just so-so for us. We had to move rooms when we first got there because the toilet was broken. After a long day of traveling that was aggravating. Some of our other family stayed at the Ritz and it was much better IMO. For the price, I’d stay somewhere else."

"Quite literally the only issue I had was with the Valet parking . Understandably it was really busy because of all the events going on ; but I was advised by the valet to pay instead for a parking garage at SFMoMo next door . Hotel was absolutely immaculate. Service was amazing. Staff reached out before & after my stay. Would definitely recommend . I was in a corner room with an amazing view of the city. It is currently undergoing remodeling on the first floor so be sure to read up on the notes...

"It's rare that I like hotels in San Francisco but this one was great! I saw 2 types of rooms and even the smaller one (I got upgraded to a larger thanks to Expedia) was nice, clean and more importantly calm (difficult in San Francisco). Good location : in the center and without being dodgy. Will definitely come back."
