"Our stay at Shibu Hotel was a memorable highlight of our trip. The staff were extremely helpful and provided us with boots and umbrellas after we told them we wanted to venture out into the rain to view the monkey park. Our dining experiences were equally as pleasant with the staff greeting us and explaining the menus to us in detail. The area around the hotel was quiet and peaceful as well. On top of that all, the private bath offered was the last relaxing piece of the puzzle we needed....

"Wow! This place ‘Kamei no yu’ was spectacular. A wonderful experience from beginning to end. The lobby area looks out onto a little garden. The room we were put in ‘ Mizubashou’ was large enough for our family of four. Little treats provided everywhere. The famous bath ‘Momoyama’ was up the road in Yudanaka Onsen. It was wonderful to get into the yokatas provided and use the onsen in another location. And you don’t want to miss using and seeing the Momoyama bath as the place is amazing! Dinner...

"We stayed for 3 nights with breakfast included. The property manager and staff were very nice and accommodative. They gave us free use of the SUPs and kayaks which was lots of fun.
