"The stay was amazing! Lisa and her team at Xplore were always ready to help. They were a pleasure to interact with. The room was huge, clean, and comfortable. Wifi signal was strong in the room. There was a made-to-order breakfast free every morning, with a choice between a smoked salmon or mushroom plate with eggs (your choice of cooking style). There was also a free laundry machine in the basement (dryer costs 100 yen per use). Large drying room was available for the ski equipment 1 floor...

"Expérience intéressante. On y va surtout pour les deux repas gastronomiques. Le repas du soir avait 7 services. La qualité est excellente. Le bain public à l'intérieur est très bien organisé: casiers, serviettes, savon et shampoing. Le bain extérieur est très beau. Nous avons choisi la chambre traditionnelle pour l'expérience de dormir sur un futon sur les tatamis. C'est amusant mais une nuit c'est assez. La chambre était grande et pratique. Le soir plusieurs touristes se promènent en yukata...

"We stayed for 3 nights with breakfast included. The property manager and staff were very nice and accommodative. They gave us free use of the SUPs and kayaks which was lots of fun. The rooms were nice and freshly renovated. Highly recommended for either a summer stay to enjoy the lake activities or a winter stay to hit the nearby slopes. Thanks!"

"We stayed here and were impressed with the service. It is primarily a ski hotel and we needed to transport our baggage down the slope at an early hour...the staff willingly did it by tobaggan. This is a traditional japanese hotel...witg futons and communal bathing area which was fun to experience. Snow monkeys were fun to see."
