"It was a very nice stay. The place was so peaceful and quiet. Very impressed with the cleanliness. The staff are very polite and helpful. Sadly I just stayed 1 nite and it was raining., but we get to enjoy the hotel’s amenities. "

"テラスのある露天風呂付きのお部屋に泊まりました。露天風呂の横にシャワールームの個室にあってヒーターが完備されていたので寒さを感じることはありませんでした。アメニティもイタリア製の化粧品やネスカフェのコーヒーマシン、オーガニックの紅茶などクオリティが置かれていました。1点気になったのはトイレの手洗いが掃除ができていないのか汚くて使えませんでした。
食事は2食とも個室でいただきました。夕食は客前寿司、朝食はだし巻き卵を目の前で調理して提供して下ったり、食材も自家製の味噌や県内産の米や野菜が使われていて見た目も美しい料理を楽しむことができました。
女将さんをはじめ、若いスタッフの方々のおもてなしも行き届いていてお勧めのお宿であることは間違いありません。"

"Our stay at Shibu Hotel was a memorable highlight of our trip. The staff were extremely helpful and provided us with boots and umbrellas after we told them we wanted to venture out into the rain to view the monkey park.
Our dining experiences were equally as pleasant with the staff greeting us and explaining the menus to us in detail.
The area around the hotel was quiet and peaceful as well. On top of that all, the private bath offered was the last relaxing piece of the puzzle we needed....

"Clean room. Room size was good. Friendly staff. Free to borrow umbrellas. Free coffee in lobby. We did not eat breakfast there. Dinner was good. We went in November, hotel didn't seem very busy. The town seems quiet. Very close to train station. We went to the snow monkey park and Obuse. "
