"Nice staff"

"I had a great stay at this hotel. The pool was very clean, and I really appreciated the drinking water dispensers throughout the property. It was nice to see the hotel encouraging guests to reuse water bottles and reduce plastic waste, both for the environment and to avoid microplastics from bottled water. "Great place on the beach!"

"The staff was so nice, friendly, and helpful during our stay. We had one of the upgraded rooms, and it was super cute! It was also really convenient being able to rent beach towels, chairs, and other beach items right at the hotel. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back."

"I liked the location. The property and the beach were great. There was one particular front desk staff member who checked us in who was not clear on some important details regarding the resort fee and use of a 75 dollar credit that came with our room. The same agent also was unhelpful when it came to having our room cleaned. There were more amenities that we could have used at the resort but the same front desk staff member did not explain anything about that either. It really was the one staff...

"View was great. Quiet and peaceful. Close to many things to do. The only downside was the water pressure is not great for showers. Also the washer and dryers are free but not in the units. They are near the elevators and shared. Each floor has their own washer and dryer."
