"Beautiful rooms. You could see that housekeeping was understaffed. It was difficult for them to clean the rooms everyday and they worked very hard. The location was fabulous as it was right on the water and walkable to the nearest shopping and dining center. "

"I was impressed by the hotel. I will definitely go there again next year. The hotel is located right on the seashore, with a swimming pool and a jacuzzi. Everything is designed for a perfect family and children’s vacation."

"Overall, it was a great experience. The rooms are dated and need some updates, but they are still amazing, with amazing views. The staff was great and very responsive when you needed anything.When I went to check out and get a luggage cart they do force you to use the bellman and you can't do it on your own so plan for that and just make a call instead of going all the way down to get it. The restaurant was great, but there weren't a ton of food options. One important note is that after hours, there's absolutely no way to get water, so bring your own water bottles."

"Pool area was great, staff was amazing, but the convenient location paired with the option of the free Scooby Doo bus was incredible. What a great vacation that already has us looking to come back. I almost forgot, we asked our friends (Maui Residents for over 20 years) where to stay and they said, Maui Coast Hotel is the best. The buy in from the locals is always the way to go! "This property was breathtaking! Gorgeous landscaping, felt like paradise. The beach was right there and a walk away. I wish I was on a bit of a higher floor for a better ocean view but it was still wonderful!"
