"Everything about this hotel is amazing— the service was attentive and effective and the accommodations are so beautiful. The private pool provided such a lovely way to unwind and spend time outside. The location is a little isolated, but they have a shuttle they generously allow patrons to use, which helps! The restaurant is the best food I’ve ever had, highly recommend!"

"The staff make this hotel something special, going out of their way to be helpful and welcoming. The room and grounds are elegant, and the beach and a handful of shops and restaurants are just a minute’s walk. Only downsides were insects in the room, and heavy traffic where Grab drivers seem hesitant to stop."
"The staff were awesome, I was unfortunately ill for half of my trip and staff were really helpful. I got the spa suite and to have the spa treatments everyday was a nice treat! Really spacious room with a lovely balcony view. I will miss it so much. Thank you Samata team"

"Maison Aurelia is a little piece of Paris in Bali… the French-inspired interiors are just gorgeous and the pool area is peaceful and quietly sophisticated. We had the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Magnolia Suite, which was surprisingly spacious and perfect for a family of four. The a la carte breakfast at the hotel restaurant was great and the staff welcoming and helpful. Sanur’s best boutiques and restaurants are on your doorstep… Excellent value for money and would absolutely stay here again. "

"We absolutely loved the villas here. We were on our honeymoon, and when we arrived the bath was poured and filled with salts and petals, swan towels with petals and flowers decorated the bed, and there were candles in the bathroom. What a lovely arrival! Having the private pool is a decadence we are now addicted to; the pool area was amazing with a huge cabana and outdoor shower and toilet. The beds are very comfortable and the housekeeping staff keep the place immaculate, cleaning twice a day...
"Wir haben eine Nacht hier verbracht, weil wir am nächsten Tag mit der Fähre weiter gefahren sind. Die Lage war dafür top, weil man nur 3 Minuten bis zum Hafen von Sanur läuft.
