"Citadines Berawa Beach Bali is a wonderful hotel. The property is beautiful with a main level pool and a gorgeous rooftop pool+ bar, it also has a great gym and restaurant for convenient dining. All the important amenities were provided, it would have been nice if they included body moisturiser in the room as well. The room was very spacious. Pool in the room was nice. The design has a nice mix of luxury and a calm, cozy vibe. The staff were excellent—very friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with anything we needed.
