"Room smelled like 'wet dog'. Digs are allowed in all rooms but they shoukd be cleaning these rugs more iften. My sheet did not fit the mattress so would come off every night. And NO cookies! None."

The hotel is well situated in a quiet area of Seaport, with many dining and shopping options within walking distance. Public transit is also very easily accessible. The staff are kind and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and clean."

"Copley House is beautifully located a few steps away from prudential. Walkable to most downtown areas within 30 minutes. The buildings are well maintained and the rooms are super clean. Staff is extremely helpful polite and responsive. The cleaning lady was delightful and did her job really well. Kitchen is well equipped with a burner, oven, microwave, coffee machine and a refrigerator. Adequate supplies to brew several cups of tea/ coffee are provided. "As soon as I checked in my room’s AC unit did not work and I blew hot air. My 1st task was to unpack and take a shower. When I got out room was hot like an oven. I called the front desk, the maintenance personnel came, handed me new key to a new room, stating had prior knowledge of this issue. But yet room was rented out. Further no attempt to assist to move my unpacked suitcases. After several trips to the new room, I was able to have a restful sleep."
