"Paid $100 deposit for a "non smoking room" but when we opened the door we were smacked hard in the face with the disgusting smell of cigarettes. The bed was absolutely awful and the A/C that worked well was spewing cigarettes odor into the room. When I went to check out at 830 this morning and to complain about my "non smoking" deposit, the doors were still locked. We didnt expect much, but the nasty odor and bed guaranteed we wont stay again."
