It offered everything you would need . We really enjoyed our stay and the room was quite large. Only issue was the bed . Very squeaky on the one side . Not overly comfortable but like I said the room beside that offered everything you need . Would definitely book here again. Excellent location to Salem .

This motel was clean and neat and had all the amenities we needed. I would feel comfortable staying here again. My only constructive feedback would be to make sure that the soap dispensers in the shower are full, ours was empty. And the hotel had a ghastly smell outside which hopefully isn’t a permanent problem, we weren’t sure if it was coming from the dumpster/rubbish bin in the parking lot. The smell didn’t come into our room however. Overall we felt the property was good value for money.

We just needed a place to rest our head for the night while visiting Salem. The pictures you see online are truly deceiving. The room is small, dark, and dingy. The beds were very hard. While the place was clean, the smell of cleaning supplies was so potent we had to leave the window open all night with the ac on. The remote for the tv had only one battery in it. The tub had a lot of visible mold in it and the toilet seat was broken. The front desk people were polite.

The room looked nice and clean was big The issue was they have roaches. Woke up and found them on my baby in the bathroom and on the wall . Was supposed to stay four more days, but cancel it immediately to go to another hotel room. Property charge 1 day stay if we're canceling the room. When tried to get it back and talk to the lady. At the front desk, I told her what happened, and she didn't act surprise. So they obviously new, in fact, they had a roach problem. The property also refused to refund the money. So I would encourage people not to stay there. Unless you want cockroaches crawling on you and going home with you, please. Please stay far away from this hotel.

I guess you get what you paid for! Room was filthy, bed pillow had public hairs on it there was hair all around the room as if they cut someone hair the baseboards were filthy. We had tp go to walmart and get gloves and cleaning products to clean the room because I wasnt g po ing to stay there looking like rhat. I went to the older gentlemen and mentioned about the room and he was so sorry came back and gave us all brand new sheets and pillow bed also apologized. But we had to stay because that was cheap and closer to salem,ma since there wasnt anything else available for the dates we needed. If I would stay there again absolutely not It was co lenient because Dunkins is next door. Amd a few restaurants.

Our stay here was good. We needed an affordable place to stay one night while we were in town for a wedding. The room was clean, the staff was friendly. The area is very busy with a lot of traffic. We have no complaints.

Our room was newly remodeled- we were by the highway but our room was quiet- desk check in was easy and staff was very nice - great restaurant and gas station right next door - Dunkin’ Donuts is right next door too- room was very clean smelled nice. Price was great-had an enjoyable stay.
