"We arrived a bit early to find our room was not quite ready. The staff gave us a nice coffee and asked us to wait 20 minutes in the lovely courtyard. The rose garden is beautiful with roses bigger than your extended hands! Someone has a green thumb! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. "A wonderful stay! Alper welcomed us on arrival and each time we were in and out. The hotel greeted us with a beautiful smile recption staff ( Selcuk!) Ercu helped with luggage that we brought up to our room; Sena was a very humble and sweet young lady; Mustafa was very helpful and efficient, overall very helpful staff and excellent service: for sure we will be returning here very soon !!!:)"

Unfortunately, our arrival experience was disappointing. We checked in at around 8pm after a long day of travelling and were initially told we had received a complimentary room upgrade.
