Room was clean and spacious. Staff were helpful. We took airport shuttle from the hotel both ways. Going to the hotel was great. However, our shuttle to airport was really old and didn’t have ac. Location is great if you don’t mind walking for a couple minutes uphill to the attractions. 5 minutes walk to the beach.

The hotel is situated in the old city within just a few minutes walking distance of the famous Blue Mosque and Harg Sofia Mosque accessed by many quaint cobblestone. streets. Just a few minutes walk in the other direction brings you to the waterfront and a convenient small ferry terminal. The room was very clean and serviced daily. The staff were very obliging and friendly. The breakfast most satisfactory. The air-conditioning worked a treat. I will return to stay on my next visit to Istanbul and I guess that says it all!

We stayed for 10 days. Even though the hotel is in the old historical district, it is a recent building, well maintained. Staff was eager to help with anything; we arrived at 2am but the night clerk was ready to welcome us. Their breakfast is not included in the room fee but worth it. Lots to choose from for 8 euros, which compares favourably to any nearby restaurant. Bathroom is small but with marble floor and walls, everything works well. Note: The mini fridge works best when the cupboard door that encloses it is left open.

Stayed here for 4 nights for the Europa League final. Room was compact but clean and fridge proved useful. Shower was powerful but took a long time to warm up. No tea or coffee facilities in room but machine at the back of reception that made good coffee for 50TL. Excellent location a short walk from hotel.

Staff very friendly and accomodating, happy to help the best they can. Location was quite good for us, the rooms quite specious (apparently quite a rare find in Istanbul). Cleanliness needs a tiny bit more attention but we enjoyed our stay and would come back. Perfect value for money, deffo recommend.

The location is close to all the major attractions and the staffs are super friendly. However we booked a room with three beds and all of the sheets and linen had stains, the bathroom didn’t feel clean and we couldn’t get the air conditioner to work. Overall I would book a different place even if I have to pay a bit more.
