La atención del personal me gustó, fueron muy amables. La ubicación también es buena, muy cerca de la mezquita azul y de santa Sofia. Lo único es que había algún bicho en la habitación porque amanecí con algunos piquetes después de la primera noche.

Recomiendo 1000% este hotel, el precio súper razonable, la ubicación perfecta para ir a los lugares de interés, no más de 10 min a pie y facilísimo acceso a transporte público, la zona es súper segura , me encantó!! Pedí servicio de laundry y aún mi ropa conserva el suavizante que le pusieron!! First off the staff were very accommodating and friendly. There were upper floor noises, they glady changed our room twice. One side wooden, one side concrete. we had three different rooms, 1st rm was on the level floor, it was big, they accommodated two bed request. I feel bad cause the staff were great, but the rooms were not clean to hotel standards. It could be, but it wasn't. they cleaning staff have to give the bathroom and floors a really good cleaning. The hotel rating could be higher if that was the case. The bath towel had a hole in it like the bath towel you wipe your bathroom floor with cause its worn. I really liked the staff and location was good, its all up hill anyway... They could be a really great hotel if the rooms were cleaner. Thank you.

The location is close to all the major attractions and the staffs are super friendly. However we booked a room with three beds and all of the sheets and linen had stains, the bathroom didn’t feel clean and we couldn’t get the air conditioner to work. Overall I would book a different place even if I have to pay a bit more.

Un endroit agréable où demeurer durant un séjour à Istanbul, situé près des mosquées Sutlan Ahmet et Hagia Sophia ainsi que du Palais Topkapi. Les salles de bain sont en marbre, et les lits, bien confortables. Buffet déjeuner à la turque à volonté préparé par une cuisinière dévouée pour environ 11$ CAD (basse saison). Excellent accueuil à la réception. Bref je recommande cet hôtel pour son très bon rapport qualité prix et la gentillesse de son personnel. Merci.

The hotel is in a centric location. I arrived at night by public transportation. The room was spacious and clean with everything you will need. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure amazing. The gentleman that manage the night shift was attentive and helpful always. The hotel is behind the blue mosque, I loved to wake up every morning with the call to pray. Istanbul is a wonderful city, a mix of old and new, east and west. The transportation is efficient and easy you can tap your credit card to pay or buy a card that can be recharged. The food is delicious and women are treated with respect. Its citizens were kind and helpful. I felt safe walking alone even at night. I will certainly comeback to Istanbul and I will again choose Lalinn Hotel.
