"Frühstück 1a, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, gute Betten. Das Zimmer war etwas dunkel. Die zentrale Lage am Hbf hat Vorteile, gleichwohl durch die dortige Szene auch Nachteile. Aber dafür ist natürlich nicht das Hotel verantwortlich. "

"Nice room. It's an interesting hotel. We stayed a few years ago and did feel breakfast not as exciting as it was. Pancakes not kept warm and poor selection of bread. Only one sweet item which was a pain au Chocolat which not everyone likes. Maybe some small muffins would be good. The shower leaked at sides and the big shower head needs cleaning as water not coming out properly. Also made a very loud noise. A kettle or coffee maker would be nice . Close to underground "

Sufficient space and amenities within the room. The hotels great location is very convenient for exploring Hamburg within walking distance to the central station and also close to bus and MRT stops. "The hotel is awesome.Yes, the rooms are basically closets with a mattress and two feet of ground to stand on. I splurged and got the double bed room and do that, I can't imagine squeezing into the single. But the bed was comfortable, it was quiet, there was ZERO light in the room with the lights off, so if you like dark rooms, you'll love this. It's a deep cave. "Super hotel and friendly staff. Had carbonara meals in bar which were barely warm and actual cold in parts, had to send back. They said they’d make fresh meals which when returned after only a couple of minutes were still no more than warm. Didn’t feel that this impacted though on the overall experience. "
