Courtyard is niks mis mee, de kamer had alles en ontdekte nog later dat er ook frisse lucht naar binnen kon. Douche modern en goed, badkamer had alles. Kluis werkte goed. Er stond een waterkoker, koelkastje en strijkplank altijd handig alleen de koelkastje gebruikt. Bed lag lekker. Airco deed het. Ontbijt was ruim een service aldaar perfect. Bar ook gezellig en goed service. Goed dat er een metrostation is dan kan je alle daklozen die ook geweldadig tegen elkaar zijn overslaan. Grote kaufland in de buurt en Lange Reihe niet ver lopen. Zou zo weer gaan

Hotellet ligger meget centralt i byen - kun 10 minutters gang fra Hovedbanegården. Dejlig morgenmad og hjælpsomt personale. Mange hjemløse mm i området.

The hotel itself is very clean and in great condition. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and i felt took the extra effort to help you. However, no fault to the hotel itself, the location between the hotel and the 10min walk to Hamburg Central Station can be sketchy. I would suggest only doing in daylight and being congnizant of your surroundings. The hotel had great security.
