A reasonable hotel. Room was clean and comfortable but I didn’t like the shipping container decor. Just opening the wardrobe made such a clang that it probably woke up people in the adjoining rooms. Lacked charging points for our devices. The safe didn’t work. No dressing gowns as advertised. One tea bag for two people for 2 nights, no milk and no kettle so had to use coffee machine that only produced lukewarm water. I didn’t have the energy to complain for what are only small things but they add up to a feeling that the hotel isn’t well maintained. Food in restaurant was OK but nothing special.

Comfortable and quiet, even thg close to street

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable room. Excellent soundproofing against busy street outside when windows were closed at night. Will definitely be one of the choices for Hamburg hotels again.

The location was quiet and a short walk to the main sightseeing attractions. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Not much to fault.

The breakfast is close to excellent, even for us active people who demand more fuel than some simple white bread, cookies etc. The staff was friendly and communication was easily executed in english (in contrast to most of the staff at Deutsche Bahn - unbelievable!!). The only minus I can think of was the hair of a previous guest all over the place in the bathroom...

We just spent the night in transit. We booked one hour before arrival, family of 4 with a dog. Very helpful staff, great parking, ok room for the purpose, and a nice bar. We would easily come back.

It's a great place if you're gonna stay a few days, the breakfast is great 👍 and the rooms too. Definitely I'd choose it again. If you have a lot of luggage, I'd strongly recommend go there through bus, if you take the S-Bahn there'll be a lot of stairs
