Service in this place is no longer what it was once like. Security guards are not properly trained, rude and stopped my girlfriend. It is not our problem that many hookers frequent this place; regular guests should not be given such treatment/"welcome". Receptionist not understanding, just giving blabla, instead of simply saying: sir, we will address this with our security, thanks for letting me know. I stayed here around 15 times, the only positive development is that the breakfast is now better. But the service in the residences is worse than it ever was. Water in shower most of the time cold; much delay in cleaning the rooms (short term renters should have their room cleaned quickly, we are not in the hotel to wait hours for cleaning services). It is not our plan to fix your hotel for lack of service during our stay. Towels missing. How can you never have enough towels, and sometimes have delays in even bringing them to the rooms. There could be king size bed rooms, given the rooms are fairly big. Lack of water fountains, what is now common in most places around Makati. Training of receptionists and security is very poor, lacking any emotional intelligence. I won't stay in this place any longer. Finally, the wifi does not work properly. The pool is over the weekends crowded with kids that later then "flood" the elevators; the elevators are also super slow.
