Value for money. A lot of near by food stalls. Accessible to transportation. Only downside would be no elevator. Not for senior citizens or weak knees.

Nice place. Been there before! Best shower in Manila! No refrigerator a/c works great! No cable tv….. internet kinda slow. Staff very accommodating no parking…. No blanket. Nice pillows average bed. No roaches/bugs no cat urine smell. No toilet paper no washcloth
