My room was very clean and staff always wanting to keep you happy! All of the hotel staff and managers give you 110 percent hospitality! I give the Lime resort the highest recommend marks. Food at buffet and roof top bar are excellent. Wait staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about food and drinks. Cha and many others are excellent. Chiefs and manager Dante are fantastic Also have music that is very good.

Very nice hotel rooms and restaurants. Not much going on around the hotel except sone outdoor dining restaurants next door at Seascape Village. Views of the bay with lots of land reclaim activity going on. I suspect it n a few years won’t be much view left with new hotels and condos.

What we like was the pictures. Looks so clean and new. When we checked in staff was very nice and helpful. We ended up no eating breakfast buffet because we lost our appetite when we sa roaches in our room. We booked 3 rooms along with my teo daughters and their room also had roaches. Staff was quick to respond to our request to clean the room upon our arrival. We checked in to our room and found some stains and hair on the sheets. When we notified the front desk, they quickly sent someone to change the sheets and vacuum the floor. I took photos of the stains and hair that I found on the sheets and dresser. When I was getting ready to take a shower, I saw a roach crawling on the bathroom wall and did find one too as we we’re getting ready to check out . I did take a photo/video to show to the front desk. Also, there was a sign on top of the toilet roll cover that says, “Please throw used toilet papers in the garbage can.” I told the lady at the front desk that it was a very unsanitary and unhygienic rule to follow. The buffet service was great! I

4-BEDS/GUESTS WITH NO PLACE FOR TOILETRIES

Lime Hotel is a beautiful place to stay. Staff are friendly and professional and diligent. What spoiled our stay was the breakfast/buffet issues. Two days in a row we were told we do not have breakfast/dinner included. We were directed to go up the penthouse to get meals a la carte and have to pay for it, then only to be told by another staff to go back to the main dining to get food, up and down we went, waisting so much time, arguing with staff and management, got embarrassed, frustrated, for the full 2-day stay and just set a bad experience. No coordination between front desk and dining dept. The room though cozy, lacks functionality. No shelf in the bathroom sink/ shower area to lay your toiletries, glass, towels or cosmetics down, no hooks to hang changing clothes. The bedroom has 4 single beds and only 4 pcs of hangers and no other hooks anymore. Room set up is more on looks than function. otel

My family had an amazing and enjoyable stayed at this hotel. The staffs were very professional, friendly and kind. The buffet price is reasonable as everything was excellent. It's likely that we may book our vacation again at this hotel in the near future.
