They didn't uphold the room i reserved and down graded the guess. Was very unprofessional and I wouldn't suggest anyone to stay in this hotel they are all incompetent people. Fair warning ⚠️ stay away

This property is a Lover Hotel not suitabele for family or backpacker. I stay 5 days don't trust the the room info they should provide safe box in room as reflected in the website but they didn't provide at all.

I booked deluxe room for 3 days the checkin was a bit messy property manager claimed that they didn't recieve any confirmation But anyway they realise is their mistake. Acvording to the deluxe room detail show there is a safe box but i didn't see at al' after searching all over so i intend to extend another 2 more days see wheather they can provide me the safe as reflexted in thie website..
