Our room had a blocked toilet which they didn't attend to when we asked. No room service for the two days that we stayed. No bath mat no face washer no coffee and only 2 complimentary bottles of water for two days.

Discussed.
It was not at all like it was advertise. No one answers the phone or returns your calls. Have too kick the door to get in apartment. No shower curtain between the toilet and shower. Rooms not cleaned and beds not made you must make it yourself. Absolutely disgusted in every way. Will definitely not stay there again and will definitely not recommend it to anyone else.

I did not know this hotel is popular as a ā€œLovers Short Timeā€ rendezvous. My wife and I were vacationing in one Philippines island. I reserved for 3 nights online, based on good guest reviews. When my wife and I checked into Sogo, I was asked, ā€œHow many hours are you staying?ā€. I did not think anything wrong with the question, until later when a family friend told me about the reputation of this hotel, as a Lovers Quickie Rendezvous.
