The biggest concern is that my room was infested with bed bugs. I didn’t realize it at first because all I saw were ants in the bed and all over the room. I believed I was being bitten by the ants, but on observation, I see that the bites fit the pattern for bed bugs. I do not recommend staying here for this reason alone. I suspect the ants where there to dine on the bedbugs However, there are other oddities with this room. There is no desk; no table, and no chair in the room. I’ve never stayed in a hotel anywhere in the world that was missing these very basic amenities Additionally, the hotel advertised that the room contained a safe. It did not.

Our rooms, furnitures and beds are all very new and we are doing our best to maintain the quality and cleanliness of our facilities. We have closed down the room after you checked out for an extensive cleaning. It was so unfortunate that you had ants in your bed, but upon checking, there were no bed bugs in any of our rooms. Noisy room. Need an earplug to be able to sleep. I got a room with out a window on the first day. I. Ask for change of room, got it the following day. They dont automatically clean the rooms not unless the guest hang the

Everything was perfect, except the check in time for international travelers, i would suggest having room ready for people that travel 20+ hours ,so they don't have to wait hours to check in... your staff is the best i ever encountered...i give all the staff a10 for for there professionalism with everything from a to z...... how ever i was disappointed that a tip i was offering was refused. ..i will stay at this hotel again, but only if i am able to tip the staff. ...the staff made my trip to the Philippines and the citizen hotel the best experience ever. .

They are renovating this hotel. The room was in excellent condition. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The restobar attached had a very pleasing atmosphere as well. The staff in the restobar was just as pleasant as the hotel staff. I enjoyed my stay here immensely.

Worst stay ever! Ruined our family staycation!!
This hotel facilities ruined our family staycation! Upon viewing some of the reviews, i blv that the hotel was good because of its good rate. Before checking in, I called the hotel to reserve us a parking as we are bringing our vehicle with us. According to the receptionist, they have alotted parking at the basemate, surprisingly when we arrived around 10pm bec of the heavy traffic from the airport we took about 2 hrs going there! Well, to continue my story, upon arriving, they saw us that our vehicle is a van and told me that they hve no parking for such huge vehicle, they ask me if i can wait until the 3 other cars parked infront were home then we can park. So since the management didnot given me my refund. We choose to stay. I keep on asking them if the parking was available and yes? Fortunately, it became available by 145am the next day. My husbnad choose to stay at the vehicle bec the place looks not safe at all. That was 145am, but before that, i noticed that the ac is leaking, and its very dangerous for a pregnant like me if i got slip on the floor, so i ask if they can fix it. They arrives and maintenance advises to transfer into another room. After an hr of our transfer to another room, i noticed that the ac is bot properly functioning and my son was asking why is so hot! Dammmned!!!! I am very frustrated! Imagine! At 3 am we dont have good sleep bec of their poor! Very poor facilities!! Plus point here are only the staffs. Nothing more nothing less!Think b4 u book

Hello our dear Citizen! I would like to express my sincerest apologies for this incident. The issues has reached the management and we are doing our best not to have the same situation that may inconvenient our guests. We unfortunately have basement parking that can only accommodate a maximum of 3 sedan/small vehicles only, and as for the other kinds of vehicles, we are still looking for a safe and accessible parking slot around Poblacion. Rest assured that we won't stop until we improve our parking services. Also,I was informed that during that time, the room reserved for your family had a serious maintenance issue and so they had no other option but to let you stay in the last room available, which is actually closed for booking due to aircon issues. With regards to this, I would like to sincerely apologize again for the non-functionality of the aircon unit in the room that was provided for your family during your stay. Your feedback is really important for us to further improve our facilities. Rest assured that we will utilize this to enhance our hotel.

The interiors were pleasing and well executed, light fixtures looked amazing, and I’m obsessed with the murals. However, the room didn’t have an actual window other than the one facing a tiny courtyard. A few mirrors would have been helpful. Furniture in common spaces were design-y, trendy and cool however the furniture in the room was a bit lacking. A desk or a coffee table and a chair should do it given the size of the room. Loved that there is a bidet, steady internet connection, and Netflix and Youtube on the tv. Staff was great and helpful.

new hotel friendly staff and clean
The hotel staff were wonderful, especially the manager who made me feel welcomed and taken care of. Stayed there for a night while in town to watch the lany concert. Hotel is very new and Staff is very friendly and they would try their best to help you. Rooms are very clean and definitely very comfortable.The design is very modern in style,I would highly recommend this Hotel.

価格も安く建物も部屋も綺麗でWIFIもしっかり繋がりました。難点は冷蔵庫が無い事と部屋によるのかもしれませんが滞在した部屋には窓もありませんでした。立地はブルゴスストリートの北端から徒歩3分くらいのところにありコンビニや飲食店のあるエリアへ行くためには毎回それなりに歩く事となりますが危険を感じる事は無かったです。コスパ重視の方にはオススメです。
