"Amazing location, in the middle of BGC. I love this hotel, the staff were so nice and were friendly and welcoming. The nice check in lady upgraded us to the 40th floor for a cheaper price. The buffet on our floor was the best buffet me, my son, my wife and her Filipino family had ever tried. The kids fun center was also nice and so was the pool. Everything about this hotel was great."

"Amazing stay! It was my first visit to Manila and I really enjoyed BGC red planet as it was really clean, looks new and comfortable. Except for shower detergent and toilet roll, you have to prepare your own amenities like toothbrush toothpaste face tissue etc. There’s a Lawson just behind BGC The Fort Red Planet, some convenient stores and fast food chain nearby so it is extremely convenient! They also offer free water refill at the lobby.
They provide only 1 key card, and no in-room phone...

"It was great and great location for entertainment, food. There were laundry services in the mail or just outside but none in the unit. The view was really good from this unit. Wish I could have stayed longer.
There was one issue that the sink had an order for a couple of days coming up from drain. I alerted management but it was gone so it was random. "

"I booked this stay for my mom, and unfortunately, her check-in experience was frustrating. When she arrived, the front desk told her there was no room available and asked if she had been in contact with the host — which she hadn’t, since I had made the booking. She had to call me, and only after some time did the staff realize they had missed an email from the host with all the check-in details, sent a month prior.
