"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was incredibly disappointing. At nearly $500 per night, I expected a clean, comfortable room and basic amenities. Instead, the shower barely drained, leaving me standing in water that reached my ankles after just a few minutes. That’s simply unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one charging premium rates. The room also didn’t have a safe, which is a standard feature at most hotels in this price range and made it inconvenient to securely store...
