Staff friendly, enjoyable, informative. Check in smooth. $150 CC hold no Apple Pay. I did forget my wallet but once retrieved room was clean minimal noise. Breakfast was warm and delicious may return just for breakfast and to try the pool.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. The free breakfast is wonderful. Eggs, waffles, everything - not just cold cereal. Front desk staff was very nice and efficient. Room is clean and the layout and in room amenities are good as well.

My main issue was the uncomfortable beds. They seemed old and were too firm for me. The room was small but it was clean. The breakfast area was too small. Staff was very nice and quick when an extra blanket was requested.

Our one night stay was great except for the really poor breakfast. Most items were over done. The turkey sausage was so hard and cold, ot couldn't be cut. Our room was clean and inviting. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Very clean, nice room. Good parking. Near to shopping, restaurants and venues. Breakfast was great! No coffee though (at least that I saw in the breakfast area). TV didn’t work and was given a, frankly, lame excuse. Clean live without it for a night, of course, but when paying good money for a room, one expects simple amenities.

The Room was not very clean and its aged! Beds were not comfortable and the hotel was very very busy and very noisy. This Hampton location does not live up to the Hampton standard that we usually stay in. We had to cancel one night to stay in somewhere else.

The property is safe; Rochester is safe. Let's be real. The staff was attentive and courteous as always. The room and common areas all reliably clean and pleasant. I have stayed here more than a few times, and this most recent experience only continues to reinforce that habit.

Bathroom near the breakfast area was dirty. Room bathroom's toilet ran endlessly, tub was stained. Room was a clean. Thankful for the bathroom nightlight feature. Pool was nice and warm. Front desk people were outstanding. Breakfast people were a bit behind, sloppy, and scrambled eggs had brown (burnt?) in them, oatmeal water was boiling over on to counter, Dark Roast Coffee was not available, Grape Jelly was close to the only option. Price was very reasonable so I can let some other things slide that were annoying but not critical to my stay.
