The hotel called and cancelled our reservation as we were pulling into the parking lot after check in time. They offered no help in finding an alternate reservation and when I asked to speak to the manager they hung up on me. Went inside the lobby, which smelled so strongly of weed it was almost unbearable. The staff behind the desk was visibily trying to avoid dealing with me, so I left. Only got a refund because Expedia’s customer service is good. The hotel never offered or initiated one

The worst hotel ever I walked in and walked right out. Bugs crawling in the floor in the room. A guy outside with a big pitbull barking at us. A guy outside changing brakes on a car. The people walking around look high. Very trashy low class hotel.

I would like to say that most of the staff was pleasant. There were some exceptions and this hotel is very nice on the outside and surrounding area although at the start of my trip, they tried to tell me that my room that I had booked a month in advance was not available. The gentleman that had helped me claimed that he was off the clock and would offer to go get somebody because there was nobody at the counter. He then jumps over over-the-counter and starts looking for assistance when he can't find anybody and starts to help us and tells us that our room that we had booked in advance was non existing. After about five minutes. Another gentleman came in and saved the day. This gentleman has been very nice to me through out my whole trip. I wish I had got his name. After getting to the room, everything looked decent on the surface, but we had found that most of our towels were dirty with hair from previous guests being on them. The toilet paper dispenser in the bathroom was broken and multiple blinds were broken the room itself. The floors were clean. The beds looked clean on the surface. One of the beds had a green hue underneath the sheets. I don't know if that's a mattress cover that they use or not. The stove top was disgusting, it looked like it hadn't even have been wiped down in a long time. I wish i had told them about these problems during my stay but i was scared to lose my room that i just barley got to begin with. i live 6hrs away and had no other option.

I can't say much as I didn't end up staying here. When I arrived, the front desk should've been open for another 30 minutes, but it was closed and no employees were around. There were instructions for after-hours check-in as well, but I tried for 30 minutes and still couldn't reach anyone in the lobby or from their after-hours check-in number. At least Expedia customer service worked quickly to get me a refund later.

There was NOONE on sight to check us in. After many attempts to call, ring the bell and get checked in we had to leave and book a different hotel. Then the hotel refuses to refund us. What hotel doesn’t have staff at night? Or leaves a sign to call and doesn’t answer. Horrible customer service.

This hotel has Cockroaches! I told the front desk and they did nothing... Didn't offer a room change, refund, or anything else I was literally told I will tell the general manager and he might come by and spray. This is not how customer service is supposed to work. I never stayed there. The place has dog poop in the hallways i wanted to cancel then hut i was soo tried due to being up all day because my home caught fire. I decided to give it a try because the poop wouldn't in my room i go to the room i wasn't there 2hours when i went and turned the bathroom light and a roach ran acrossed the foor and into the wall. I grabbed the fews items i had and left the front desked was closed so i called Expedia and made a complaint i need management to reach to me i shouldn't have to suffer because the place has infestation

Kitchen was fine, except microwave is too big for it's cubby, so door only opens slightly, especially difficult because it is placed well below counter level. Bathroom door is difficult to close, as it does not clear the flooring. Pretty noisy and raucous, due to the DSS residents, terrifying encounter with two big pitbulls who came barreling out of the elevator, but owner resumed control. One hears every one of the massive, heavy room doors slamming during room checks, but I appreciated them and the sturdy locks when trouble would erupt in the hallways. My worst experience was when the fire alarm went off in my room for no reason, twice. Between the lights and sirens all I could do was take refuge in the bathroom, hands over ears. Couldn't go back to sleep after that! Staff is trying to cope but are short staffed and under trained. But it met my criterion. Clean, comfy, mostly quiet and affordable. My guess is ownership is not real bright and undercapitalized. Too cheap to hire hospitality professionals. That said, I'd stay again because I understand the challenges of extended stay properties that don't have much know how, and I'm not your typical traveler, am a hospitality professional. Might be scary for families, or those who expect 5 stars from a two star property with no flag. Good for construction workers on per diem. Hope it gets straightened out, it's a great property in a lovely location. Tough tho, with no flag,and no effective marketing.

We never even made it past the lobby. My family and I booked a month in advance for parents weekend. When we arrived at 4pm to check in, they had given our room to someone else and we had no where to stay!!! We had to make the 3 hour drive home after our events, and got home at 3am! We have never encountered any hotel doing business this way. I was told in the lobby by customers that this happens at this hotel all the time! DO NOT BOOK HERE!!

The stay was awful. The check in receptionist was very rude and short with you and had an attitude. Once we got to the room our feet stuck to the floor. If you walked in the room with bare feet the bottom would be completely black after a very short time. The only reason it's get a 2 is because of location. I will never stay here again.

The definition of bare bones

If all you require is a reasonably comfortable bed and a shower that works, you'll be fine. Kitchen with zero accessories. Not even a spoon or fork. No in room coffee pot. Room came with ONE plastic cup. No hair dryer. They have a big coffee pot in the lobby, and no cups. Desk is only attended for limited hours. I had reserved a King room, got a queen. It wasn't worth the hassle (remember, limited staffing) to try to change it. As far as it goes, it was clean and reasonably quiet. Somewhere there was a dog in a room that was barking up a storm in the middle of the night. Bring your own coffee maker, hair dryer, utensils, and coffee cups. Or go somewhere else.
