"Very clean. There are 3 Novotel towers. Reception is in the tower 2 building. The breakfast is in tower 2 (top floor). Also, there is a salon for gents in tower 3 who took their time to shave boys’ heads unlike the hasty ones close to haram. Our family suite was great with 2 rooms (4 + 3 twin beds) enclosed by a common door. We didn’t use the hotel shuttle service. We would just take taxi to/ from haram for about 30 SR or so. "Clean Room but you had to call for room service so I didn’t get my room cleaned in the 2 nights I was there. The walk to Haram is uphill so wouldn’t recommend for older folks. There is a small shortcut through the Anjum Hotel but you still have to walk uphill for a bit but it’s still not that bad"
