"El hotel es excelente, los servicios que presta son maravillosos, sobre todo la posibilidad de dejar el auto y ofrecer traslado al aeropuerto. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y el personal de recepción es muy atento y servicial. Lo único que considero deberían mejorar es la atención en el restaurante y la calidad y servicio del menú, en mí opinión no se encuentran a la altura de los demás servicios y atención del hotel. Me parece un aspecto a mejorar"

"My room was not done for 3 days even requesting it at the front desk personally. They receive packages but didn’t call you or message to let you know that they arrived, I still have one missing. Infrastructure is good but service is poor. Non functional for businesses purposes."

In comparison with other hotels at the same price and approximate location, the hotel does not provide a complimentary bottle of water and the breakfast is very limited with no real options. The bed was comfortable, but the room needed more attentive cleaning. The roof restaurant is a good option."

"Definitely worth the price I paid due to the rich continental breakfast that goes on until 10:30 am. The bus station is literally outside the hotel which is a huge plus taking in consideration the neighborhood. The neighborhood isn't the safest, however the bus and train stations are literally right under your nose, as long as you're careful with your cellphone you've got nothing to worry about."
