"Habitación limpia, espaciosa, bien decorada. La comunicación solo por WhatsApp estuvo bien. El establecimiento no tiene acceso a la terraza o áreas comunes que se muestran en la descripción del anuncio en la plataforma. Podrían mejorar la secadora de pelo, se recalienta a cada rato y no puedes secarte bien el cabello. No hay recepción en el edificio."

"I had requested an early check in if possible as I was arriving early after an overnight flight and only had a few hours to explore Santiago before catching a flight the next morning. I was shocked they were able to get me in a room at 10 am when I arrived which was wonderful as I desperately needed to shower and freshen up. The man who checked me in was very kind. The free shuttle to/from the airport was efficient. Rooms are very nice and spacious and housekeeping was so nice to bring me extra...

"The hotel is super convenient to the airport however the rooms seem a bit dated. There was a musty smell in my room and you can tell the vents havent been touched in years. There was also a loud noise coming from the air conditioning which kept waking me up at night. Also the front light didnt work and there was electrical tape over the switch the the bathroom light. The buffet was alright however nothing great about it."

"Had a great experience on a one day layover. Staff was incredibly friendly and really helped out by allowing me to check in early so that i could make my tour on time. The shuttle pickup and dropoff was seamless. Would recommend especially on a short layover."

"We had a nice roomy corner room with lovely views of the Las Condes neighborhood where we found shops and a great restaurant right down the block. Wonderful area with folks out strolling in the afternoon and evening. Hotel is top notch and friendly helpful staff. Would highly recommend if you’re staying in Santiago."

"Todo el personal es muy amable, desde la recepción, servicio de la habitación y los restaurantes. El hotel está súper bien ubicado, el metro a media cuadra, tiendas, restaurantes a la vuelta de la esquina. La zona es bastante segura."
