I like the hotel clean and friendly staff. The only down fall it has construction all around the plaza difficult getting around the hotel. It is nice location to Plaza de Sol where all the shopping is also close to tour location.

Hotel is beautiful, very comfortable beds, very clean, perfect location near all tourist attractions, great breakfast buffet and staff was great and very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel. We will be staying here again on our way back to Madrid.

The property and location were incredible. The only downside was the construction outside the hotel renovating the square. Which was not the hotels fault. The staff was kind and helpful, making reservations for a Flamenco show and a cooking class, as well as directions and recommendations.

The room was nice and staff were very friendly. We were a little disappointed that we paid extra for a certain view and there was a major construction job that we were unaware of that obstructed the view and made the room noisy during the day.
