They should consider having microwaves in each room because the only one is in the cafeteria, and being on the 4th floor, you have to go down and up just to heat up an instant soup. "A/C did not work for the last two days, it was very hot!! I booked adjoining rooms for me and my kids and did not receive them, had to take two rooms that were close but not adjoining which was a problem with a 9 and 5 year old, phones not working, cleaning was basically just doing the beds."
