The night staff was awesome, the room was clean, and the bed was one of the best I've slept on in a hotel. The Hewes St subway station is two blocks away and, yes, you can hear it, but in our room it only really sounded like a recurring blast of wind. "Perfect location in the heart of Downtown Brooklyn. Definitely will be our go to when attending events at the Barclays. Only issue I had was parking. Parking was close to the hotel but the fee is expensive! Perhaps the Hotel can partner with the parking facility and offer guess a discounted rate. Other than that, no issue. "

"One of the worst hotels I stayed. The area look bad, the room was very small and the heat didn’t work. Also the window was not insulated so you felt the cold air coming through. If that wasn’t bad enough, you have to give them $50 to hold for any damages and smoking but there was smoking constantly. You get the money back after checkout. "
