"Staff were nice. However the room looked clean but it was very dusty . If you are sensitive and have dust allergies like me, I do not recommend this place. We complained and they said they would send a maid but they never did. The tv remote didn’t work but they gave us new batteries instantly. We wanted to open the window because of the dust but it was jammed. They called a repairman immediately and it was fixed . Each level has one washing machine but you can only use the washing machine on...

"This property, in hip Newtown is quiet & comfortable. It’s quite a lot older than I expected but everything was functional and clean. The complementary snacks and drinks in the foyer were a lovely addition as would have been the addition of a toaster in the room. Would stay again. I got a very good price on ‘trivago’."
