"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend it. The staff was consistently rude throughout my stay. I was actually yelled at multiple times, which is completely unacceptable, and several staff members rolled their eyes when I asked simple questions. It made the entire experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Another ongoing issue was with basic service. Staff would take our towels and not replace them, and then seemed annoyed or upset when we asked for new ones....

"Shared spaces like the beach and pool were fantastic, and our 2 young kids enjoyed it. Room had some repair issues like a ripped couch and a broken glass table, that caused some safety concerns. Getting a dinner reservation at the nicer restaurants was a major challenge, but luckily we had an assigned consierge that was amazing!! He helped get us reservations when the app said sold out, and also helped arrange a taxi for a snorkel trip an hour off property. Food in general was not great, but...
