"Wow, where do I begin property look abandoned not sure if it was new but no one was there. No service power was off when we first arrived when power finally came on. There was no Wi-Fi. There were bugs all over the place. Hot water would only work for two minutes. Wow, I could go on and on."

We have to pay electricity and a deposit when al ready we in advance paid in full . The electricity was on when we could enter the apartment, 30 minutes later was shut down and by 7 pm came back. "The property was very beautiful! The staff was amazing! We stayed in the diamond club but wish our butler was a bit more attentive. We only saw him at check-in and we never received our free bottle of rum. The other staff were super nice and welcoming. I would add that the family area is really close to the adult-only areas. We thought it would be more separate but still enjoyed ourselves."

"One thing that disappointed me during my stay was the hotel’s visitor policy. Guests were not allowed to have more than one person visit the room at a time, even briefly during the day. I completely understand limits on overnight guests or parties, but this policy felt unusually restrictive and was not clearly disclosed when booking. Had I known beforehand, I likely would have chosen a different hotel."
