"The Hilton in Queenstown is the best place to stay. We loved the very helpful staff who went above and beyond for us. The food was always fantastic and the buffet breakfast was delicious. The views from the hotel are amazing and again the staff were lovely and always ready to help. We will be coming back."

"First, the staff is amazing - every person we came across in our 7 day stay was friendly, helpful and downright cheerful. The front desk staff at checkin and out were great. We made a lot of friends at ThreeSixty, the restaurant and bar where everyone was so helpful with suggestions and ideas for what we could do - Thanks Martin, Izzy, Josefina, Hannah, and our friends from Mexico - you guys are the best! Second, the location is absolutely unbeatable. There are 30 restaurants within a 5 minute walk, as are all the lakefront amenities, great shopping, great everything. The Gondola was a 10 minute walk... it really couldn't be more convenient if you plan to do any exploring. The room was fine, the bed was comfortable and waking up the the lakeviews was spectacular. Even got to use the small gym a couple of times. This was our first trip to NZ and Queenstown, but we will definitely be back."

"Clean and tidy hotel with proximity to the town and restaurants. Modern and new facilities. I should correct my previous comments, the hotel does provide connection from mobile phone to TV by GoogleCast providing necessary access to your own YouTube and streaming (the hotel provides only regular local TV channels)."
