"We had a great time! The only down side is the pool was closed down for a private event, so my kid only got to go once, but everyone was friendly and accommodating otherwise. Nothing they could've done about them being busy! That's a great problem to have! We even extended our stay and we didn't even have to wait to get into another room. Thanks for everything! "

"It was our first stay at the Ludlow and we truly enjoyed it. The staff, Omar, upon check in were very helpful and kind. Andy at the door had many great suggestions for bars to check out and Brandy at the bar was very informative about other options to check out as well. We truly enjoyed our room with it's sitting area and lovely furnishings. One negative was our extremely squeaky bed. Beautiful bed, but very noisy even for sleeping. All in all, we loved our stay and look forward to...

"I appreciated the friendly staff accommodating my early check-in when I really needed it. The hotel has been nicely renovated. The only thing missing was an à la carte breakfast option or at least good coffee. They only offered a buffet with pastries and cold cuts. It would be great if they could serve quality coffee and simple breakfast options like eggs for vegetarians. There aren’t many places open early for breakfast in the LES—just coffee spots with croissants or muffins. "

"Great place to stay if you are a family of 5 trying to all stay in 1 room. The bathroom was tiny, but it is NYC, and the beds were comfortable enough. We would definitely stay here again if we brought the entire family. Staff was very nice too. "
