We had a very pleasant two-night stay at Olympia Lodge. Our rooms were on the upper floor so we got to enjoy the beautiful high ceilings. The property was clean and well kept and we had no problem finding parking near the stairs, even with us going in and out several times a day. The breakfast boxes are a great concept. The only thing we could have wished for would be for them to be available earlier, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. We greatly enjoyed the proximity to the waterfront and the ability to walk the beautiful streets around the inn.

I had no trouble finding parking but it was a small parking area. The staff were very helpful and kind. There was an issue with water pressure in one of the rooms we had. It was quaint and peaceful. Short walk to the beach. Absolutely beautiful.

Accommodations were clean and good sized. Messaging with staff had prompt response and was able to check in late with a lock box. Negatives were when we got in around 8:30-9 ish there was no parking available. Had to unload in driveway and park next door. Breakfast was offered quite late at 8 so we were unable to enjoy that perk. Overall would stay again.

Been staying here for years. Nice rooms not fancy but very comfy. The area is nice and quiet and a short walk to shops and cafes in beautiful Pacific Grove. Get a room with a balcony and sit out in the fresh air.

Not a lot of parking in the lot and some of the spaces are small; there is street parking, but in a neighborhood with a lot of hotels, apartments, and condos, so it can fill up at night. Room was musty and only had a sliding glass door (which was also the only door, no windwos) to get any fresh air inside - other rooms may have more options.

Olympia Lodge was a great stay for our Monterey weekend trip. Property was clean and lobby was nice. Limited hours due to staffing shortages so i would recommend checking in before 6pm. Breakfast was provided and the double queen room was spacious and even had a patio. Loved the spacious closet as well! Only thing was no hand soap provided, walls are thin, and parking was limited. There is free street parking on the street of where the hotel is located so it worked out. There is even a ice cream shop next to the hotel. Overall i would recommend this hotel if you want to be super close by the aquarium, fishermans wharf, beaches and Carmel, CA +17-mile drive.

Overall, we really liked the hotel. It’s very close to the ocean, and there are many deer walking around outside, which was very nice to see. The only downside was that the office is not open 24 hours. Other than that, everything was great.

Nice room and comfortable beds, the bathroom was TINY though. We would bang our elbows on the shower doors while trying to maneuver around the toilet. That was the only drawback. Staff was very friendly and went above and beyond for us. Overall a great stay.
